Refund policy

Return 

You can issue a return and refund within 7 days of receiving the product. 

If you return the package after the 7 days we will return the package to you and not proceed with a refund.

If you refuse the package after return or don't pick it up because you regretted your purchase, it will still be your responsibility to return it to us.

We will charge a fee of 59 kr. to cover shipping costs within DK and a fee of 99 kr. within the EU.

FYI: process time on returning packages is up to 7 working days, and the money will be returned to the card that was used when ordering.

Be aware! Products have to appear clean and unused if returned and meet these conditions:   

  • Can't smell of perfume, food, smoke, sweat, or alike. 
  • Must appear clean with no marks such as makeup or hair.
  • If the product is missing tags or ruined branding.
  • Has taken damage in any other form.
